By becoming a member of the Plexus Gallery community, by registering to sell your work and upload your images onto the Plexus Gallery website, you are allowing Plexus gallery to use your name and images, royalty free and without pay, to promote you, your work and Plexus gallery.
If you purchase a product or service, Plexus Gallery may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, e-mail, and postal and billing addresses) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, CCV number). Plexus Gallery uses this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders.
Storage of Information
Your personal information and uploaded images will not be sold by Plexus Gallery to any other organisation or website.
The security of your personal information is important to Plexus Gallery. When Credit Card details are collected, Plexus Gallery simply passes them on in order to be processed as required.
