The Red Ribbon

The Red Ribbon by Meredith Macleod is a reflective consideration of the loss of identity as one ages.

I am now a silent observer in the emotional game of life. Annoying as it is to be overlooked, over corrected or even ignored due to age and gender I can now drift in and out of life’s dramatic theatre unnoticed. Shadows, past, present and future are always present as are my memories and dreams.
